We collect and store information about volunteers that ensures we can run our operation smoothly. It’s important that we know about any medical issues that could come up during a volunteer shift, and that we have the contact details of next-of-kin in case of an emergency, so that we have information quickly to hand.

How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as you continue to volunteer with us. Our volunteer information spreadsheet is checked once a year for the purposes of deleting the information of people who no longer volunteer with us.
